On any given Halloween, she would outfit her neighborhood head to toe from trunks of costumes she’d collected or made, using safety pins, paper clips, staples, and occasionally even needle and thread to get that perfect look. After years of exploring the fetish scene and studying design, her costumes have developed a sophisticated, sexy edge.

Penny graduated with a degree in fashion design in 2003 and has privately studied French Pattern Drafting under renowned New York designer Kenneth D. King. She is currently working on a degree in Theatre Costuming. Her love for costume and kink inspires her unique pieces, which she now offers through her company, Lust Designs.
